1511 AD Cathal / Cathair O Connor Faly, the Heremonian Cu Corb Ui Failghe King of Offaly who had his kingdom and territory in Co. Offaly in the north - west of Southern Leinster, was killed by his own kinsmen.

      127.Art O Niall, the son of 126.Aed O Niall, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King led a force into Tir Conaill / Tyrconnell / Co. Donegal the territory of his kinsmen the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niall Cenel Conaill, and burnt Glenfinn and the Co. Tyrone side of Loch Swilly, taking hostages from O Doherty / Ua Dochartaigh the Cenel Conaill King there who had his territory at Inishowen.  

     Sean Mac Donagh the Heremonian Dal Cuinn U Briuin Ai Siol Mac Diarmada Ui Donnchada King of Tir Erril / Tir nAililla (The Land of 90.Ailill) and the Clann Mulrooney / Mael Ruanaid, who had his kingdom and territory in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province, died at Ballindoon.

1512 AD Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King came back from Rome and was created an English knight by Henry V111 the Welsh Tudor English King.

       Gerald Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman eighth English Earl of Kildare, who was now the English Justicar in Ireland for Henry V111 the Tudor King of England, led an army against the Trian Congail / Clann na Aeda Bhuidhe / Clannaboye, taking the Belfast Castle and demolishing Mac Eoin's Glenarm Castle there, and also plundered the Glens taking the son of Niall O Niall the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King as a hostage for his father's submission.

     Niall O Niall, the son of Conn O Niall, the son of Aed Bhuidhe - of the Yellow Hair O Niall, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King of Trian Congail from the Clann Aeda Bhuidhe / Clannaboye, died.

     Art O Donnell, the son of Conn O Donnell, the son of Niall Garb - the Rough O Donnell, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King died in the Friars House in Donegal in Co. Donegal in the west of the Ulster Province and was interred in the monastery there.    

     At this time there was also great conflict between Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill Chief and 126.Art O Niall, the son of 125.Aed O Niall, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King while Aed O Donnell was also in conflict with Edmund Mac William Burke, the Anglo - Norman son of Richard Mac William Burke, so Aed O Donnell hired 1500 mercenaries to assist him to defend the various territories he now held in Tir Conaill, Co. Fermanagh and Lower Connacht and he was also able to take over Ballinclare Castle, on the border of Gailenga, where he garrisoned the castle with his men and returned to Tireragh in ConnachtProvince. Mac William Burke laid siege to Ballinclare Castle and captured it, so Aed O Donnell besieged it again and Mac William Burke then abandoned it and went on to Enniscrone Castle instead in Tireragh. Aed O Donnell decided to cross the Ox Mountains and go after Mac William Burke who then left his son, Ulick Burke with a garrison in Enniscrone Castle and proceeded on to Ardarea so Aed O Donnell then had one of his sons, Magnus O Donnell go after him also, but Mac William Burke was able to escape by swimming the River Moy, and his followers were then driven off. Aed O Donnell then laid siege to Enniscrone Castle and was able to capture it within 4 days and demolish it, and Ulick Mac William Burke, the son of Edmund Mac William Burke, and the English garrison there were also captured. Aed O Donnell then went into the north - east territory held by the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niall Cenel nEogain Sept burning the region there until he reached Dungannon, and after a week of this type of attacks 127.Art O Niall made peace with him and conceded all of his outstanding claims to the overlordship in the Ulster Province of the Cenel Moain, Inishowen and Co. Fermanagh. 

     Gerald Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman eighth English Earl of Kildare who was acting as the English Justicar in Ireland for Henry V111 the English Tudor King took an army past Athlone and into the Connacht Province plundering the Clann Conway taking Roscommon and leaving an English garrison there, and then went into the Mac Dermot's kingdom of Moylurg in Connacht taking Cavetown Castle and devastating the surrounding country and Aed O Donnell then walked his followers over the Curlieu Mountains to converse with Gerald Fitz Gerald, and then returned to his own stronghold at Brickliff losing a few of his followers at Ballaghboy, and then besieged the Sligo Castle in Co. Sligo, but he could not capture it.   

    A Catholic College was founded for the priests overlooking the Boyne Valley from Trim to Drogheda in the north - east of Northern Leinster and the ruins are still there to be seen.

1513 AD 127.Art O Niall, the son of 126.Aed O Niall, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King of Ulster, led an army into the north - east of Ulster into Trian Congail and burnt Magh Line and plundered the Glens there and O Niall Bhuidhe - of the Yellow Hair, the son of Niall mac Conn / Mheic Cuinn, and the Anglo - Norman Baron Uighilin Mac Quillan / de Manderville attacked them and killed 127.Art O Niall 's son the young 128.Aed O Niall, and the next day a great battle was to occur between them and many were to be killed and 127.Art O Niaill then returned to his home and died at Dungannon and Art O Niall, the son of Conn O Niall became the new Cenel nEogain King. Art O Niall, the son of Niall O Niall, the son of Art O Niall, also died.

    Dunluce Castle in Co. Antrim in the north - east of the Ulster Province was captured by Aed O Donnell and the sons of the Anglo - Norman Baron Gerald Mac Quillan and he gave it over to the sons of Walter Mac Quillan. 

   Donough O Brian, the son of Conor O Brian, from the Heberian Dal gCais Sept in Northern Munster / Thomond was killed by the sons of Turlough O Brian, the son of Murrough / Murchad O Brian. 

   Teague O Kelly V, the son of Maelsechlainn O Kelly, died. who was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Colla Da Crioch Ui Maine King who had their kingdom and territory in the east of Co. Galway and Co. Roscommon in the Connacht Province.

   Margaret / Mairgreg O Brian, the daughter of Conor O Brian, who was the wife of Eogan O Rourke, the son of Tiernan O Rourke, the son of Teague O Rourke, the son of Tiernan Mor - the Greater O Rourke, died and was interred in the monastery at Creevelea, which she and her husband had begun building in 1508 AD at Carraic Patraic.

    Rossa Mac Mahon, the son of Magnus Mac Mahon, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Colla Da Crioch King of Orghialla / Oriel, whose territory was in Southern Ulster, died.

    Gerald Mor Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman eighth English Earl of Kildare was killed by a gunshot wound inflicted in battle by The O Carroll the Heberian Cianachta Chief of Ely who had his kingdom and territory in Co. Offaly in the mid - west of Southern Leinster and nearby in the north of Co. Tipperary in the north - east of the Munster Province, and he was interred in Christchurch Cathedral in Dublin and Garret Og - the Younger Fitz Gerald, the Earl's son, who had been reared in England as a hostage for his father's loyalty, took his place becoming the Anglo - Norman ninth English Earl of Kildare, and was also the new English appointed Lord Deputy in Ireland for Henry V111 the Welsh Tudor English King. 

1514 AD Edmund Mac William Burke, the son of Richard Burke, the Anglo Norman English Baron, was killed by his own kinsmen the sons of Walter Burke, in the monastery at Rathbran.

   The Caislean na Cuilenntraige was demolished and Coill Mor / Great Woods were cut down and plundered by Garret Fitz Gerald the new Anglo - Norman ninth English Earl of Kildare, the son of Gerald Fitz Gerald, acting for Henry V111 the Tudor English King, against The O More the Gaelic Milesian Irian Ui Mordha Ui Laoighis King who had their kingdom and  territory in Co. Laois in the mid - west of Southern Leinster.

   Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King of Tyrconnell / Co. Donegal in the north - east of the Ulster Province demolished the castle at Coleraine, while the Omagh Castle was also demolished by Art mac Conn O Niall who also defeated the sons of Donnell O Niall who was descended from Art O Niall, and Aed O Donnell also raided Gailenga plundering as far as Croghan in the Connacht Province.

   Art mac Conn O Niall defeated both Aed O Niall, the son of Donnell O Niall, and Conn O Niall, the son of Art O Niall, and many were killed during the battle, which gave Art mac Conn O Niall the overall Cenel nEogain Kingship in the Ulster Province and as Aed O Donnell was also in conflict with Art mac Conn O Niaill they arranged to meet at Ardstraw in Co. Tyrone in Ulster where they came to a compromise and Aed O Donnell was granted new charters and had his old ones reaffirmed and he then returned his son to him also, who he had previously held as a hostage.

    Aed O Niall who was from the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niall Cenel nEogain Clannaboye Sept, who was the son of Niall O Niall, the son of Conn O Niall, the son of Aed Bhuidhe - of the Yellow Hair O Niall, burnt and plundered the Anglo - Norman Mac Quillan's Country in Co. Antrim in the north - east of the Ulster Province, due to the ongoing infighting being carried out there.

    Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King sent a fleet of long ships to Loch Erne who were staying at Enniskillen / Inis Ceithleann / Ceithle's Island in Co. Fermanagh to try and submit the sons of Edmund Maguire from the north - western Heremonian Dal Cuinn Colla Da Crioch Sept who were on the island of Cul na nOirer and they made peace.

      Garret Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman ninth English Earl of Kildare acting for Henry V111 the Tudor Welsh English King attacked Aed O Reilly, the son of Cathal O Reilly, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Breifne King who had his kingdom and territory of East Breifne in Co. Cavan in the south - west of Southern Ulster, and he destroyed the O Reilly's Cavan Castle and defeated and killed Aed O Reilly along with many of his followers and he also attacked the Munster Province where he burnt the Connello region while going after his own kinsman, James Fitz Gerald, the son of the Anglo - Norman English Earl of Desmond, who gathered together all of his own forces and O Brian from the Heberian Dal gCais Sept also came with his followers to assist him, but James Fitz Gerald the Earl of Desmond was able to escape before their armies actually came into conflict.

      James Fitz Gerald, the son of the Anglo -Norman English Earl of Desmond, and The O Carroll the Heberian Cianacht King of Ely attacked Piers Butler the Anglo - Norman Baron, burning the whole of the Middle Third, and although the Butlers along with Piers Butler himself, and the sons of Thomas Fitz Gerald the English Earl of Kildare, and their galloglasses and cavalry were to catch up with them, they were still able to escape.

1515 AD By now The English Pale surrounding Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster had been once again extended to keep the Gaelic Irish Septs out, and provide a wider frontier / march to attack the various Irish Septs further out in their individual kingdoms, and it was now out to 60 miles long and 30 miles wide along the east coast of the Leinster Province.

       Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King raided the territory of the Mac Dermots from the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Ai Clann Dermot Roe / Diarmata Ruadh on the border of Coillte Conor in the Connacht Province, along with the descendants of Brian Maguire, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Colla Da Crioch King and made peace with them.

     Donnell O Donnell, the son of Aed Ruadh - of Red Complexion O Donnell the Prince / Tanaiste / heir apparent of the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill was killed by Aed Bhuidhe - of the Yellow Hair O Donnell.

     Art mac Conn O Niall ,the son of Conn O Niall, the son of Aed Bhuidhe O Niall from the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Sept raided the territory of the Heemonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Clan na Bhuidhe / Clannaboye Sept who had their particular kingdom and territory in the north - east of the Ulster Province, and Aed O Niall, a son of Niall mac Conn O Niall, submitted to his overlordship and Art mac Conn O Niall then returned home, but.also raided Killutyagh where he was attacked by Niall mac Brian O Niall, the son of Brian O Niall, the son of Niall Gallda O Niall, and he was killed and the territory of Trian Congaill in Ulster was now well and truly under the overlordship of Aed mac Niall O Niall, the son of Niall O Niall.  

      Aine Castle was taken by James Fitz Gerald, the son of the Anglo - Norman English Earl of Desmond, from John FitzGerald, who was also a son of the Anglo - Norman English Earl of Desmond, and he then besieged the Loch Gur Castle, but the O Brians from the Heberian Dal gCais Siol mBriain, the Mac Namaras from the Heberian Dal gCais Siol Aeda and the O Carrolls from the Heberian Cianacht Siol gCearbhaill drove him off.  

     This year, Pope Leo X began an investigation into the Irish Catholic dioceses in Ireland.

1516 AD Aed O Donnell the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King and Aed mac Conn O Niall the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King were involved in great conflict, with his son Magnus O Donnell raiding  the territory of Enri Balb O Niall, the son of O Niall, and Brian O Niaill then raided the Cenel Conaill territory of the Cenel Moain, and Aed O Donnell then retaliated further by raiding the Cenel nEogain territory of Tir nEogain / Tyrone of the Cenel Feradaigh, and Sligo Castle in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province was also taken by Aed O Donnell who also gained Collooney Castle, Loch Dorgan Castle and Dun na Mona and also besieged Tir Eogain / Tyrone twice, where he received no opposition, while pushing his own authority forward in the Ulster Province.

      Garret Oge - the Younger Fitz Gerald, the Anglo - Norman ninth English Earl of Kildare, who was now acting in Ireland for Henry V111 the Tudor Welsh English King captured the Heberian Cianacht O Carroll King of Ely's castle / Leim Ui Bhanain, although it was strongly defended.

       The Mac Sweeney's castle at Rathmullan in Co. Donegal in the Ulster Province was captured.

      Conor Carrach O Doherty, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill KIng who had his kingdom and territory at Inishowen in Co. Derry in the mid - north of the Ulster Province, died.

      Cormac Ladhrach Mac Carthy Mor - The Greater, the son of Teague Mac Carthy, the Heberian Eoghanacht Chaisil King of Southern Munster / Desmond, died this year.

1517 AD In further infighting, among the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Septs over who now had the overall authority there in the Ulster Province, Art O Niaill, the son of Aed O Niall, the son of Donnell O Niall, was killed by Niall O Niall, the son of Conn mac Art O Niall, the son of Art O Niall. 

1518 AD The 14 foreign Tribes of Galway who had been transplanted there on the coast of Co. Galway in Southern Connacht who were fully committed to the English cause in Ireland, made a resolution this year that their families were not to associate with or allow into Galway City any Anglo - Norman Burkes, Mac William Burkes or any of the Gaelic Irish Septs, no O's or Macs, including the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Colla Da Crioch Ui Maine O Kellys, and especially the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Seola O Flahertys from the surrounding kingdom of West Connacht / Iar Chonnacht, and anyone found fraternising with any of them was to be fined 5 pounds.

    Infighting among the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Septs was continuing on over who really had the overall authority as Donnell O Niall, the son of Enri O Niall, the son of Eogan O Niall the second last O Niall, raided Brian O Niall, the son of Conn O Niall, the son of Enri O Niall, and they went into battle at Donaghanie and Brian O Niall defeated him, and Aed O Niall, the son of Donnell O Niall, was taken prisoner and onc again many were killed including Mac Cathmail / Campbell the Cenel Donough Chief of the Cenel Feradaigh along with many more from that particular Sept playing further into the hands of the English Galls.

    Rory Mac Sweeney, the son of Mael Muire Mac Sweeney, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Chief of Fanad, who had his territory in the north - west of Co. Donegal in the Ulster Province, died.

   John Mac Brody, the son of Maolin Mac Brody, from the Heberian Eoghanacht Chaisil Sept who were renowned historians and poets in the Munster Province, died.

1519 AD Garret Oge - the Younger Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman ninth English Earl of Kildare who was now the English Justicar for Henry V111 the Tudor Welsh English King in Ireland was summoned to England by Henry V111 to answer the complaints made against him by the English Galls in Ireland.

      Felim O Connor, the son of Magnus O Connor who was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Ai Ui Conchobhair King in Lower Connacht, died this year.

     Art O Niall, the son of Conn O Niall, died, and his half - brother who was also a son of Conn O Niall, Conn Baccach O Niall became the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain King whose mother Eleanor had been a sister to Gerald Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman eighth Earl of Kildare.

     Richard Mac William Burke from the Clann Rickarde, the younger son of Ulick Mac William Burke, the Anglo Norman Baron, died and William Burke Mac William took his place,

1520 AD Henry V111 the Tudor Welsh English King appointed the English Earl of Surrey as his new English Justicar in Ireland, with Garret Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Norman ninth Earl of Kildare still in England.

    William Burke Mac William from the Clann Rickarde, died, and his brother, Richard Burke Mac William took his place as they were both sons of Ulick Finn - the Elder Burke Mac William the Anglo - Norman Baron who had died in 1509 AD.

    Meyler Mac William Burke from Co. Mayo, in the mid - west of the Connacht Province, the son of Theobold Mac William Burke, was also killed this year.

   Maurice Fitz Gerald, the son of Thomas Fitz Gerald, the son of the Anglo - Norman English Earl was killed by Conmac O More the son of Maelsechlainn O More. from the Gaelic Milesian Irian Ui Mordha Sept who had their kingdom and territory in Co. Laois in the mid - west of Southern Leinster.

    Donnell Mac Guinness / Mag Aenghusa, the son of Aed Mac Guinness, the son of Art Mac Guinness, died, and his brother, Felim Mac Guinness - the Bountiful became the Gaelic Milesian  Irian King of Iveagh, who had his kingdom and territory in the east of the Ulster Province.

   The Fir Manach Sept were defeated by the sons of Sean O Reilly, the son of Cathal O Reilly, from the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Breifne Sept who had their kingdom of East Breifne in Co. Cavan in Southern Ulster, and altogether 30 warriors were killed in this particular conflict, which once again further suited the English Galls.
