overall control, but he was to die, and during his short rule he was also not
to be as strong as
the previous Speaker, William Connolly had been, and this then allowed those
in opposition to the British Conservative Whig Government
in England's control in Ireland
to increase their numbers.
The percentage of those of English
and Presbyterian
"foreign
planter" origins and migration origins in the

Charles O Connor had
Hugh O Mulloy copy the
"Annals of Ulster

legislation removing the Ascendancy Church of England / Ireland
Tithe payments from their
pasture land, leaving it to those who were involved in day to day agricultural pursuits to
pay instead, which basically meant the "tenants" of the Land Lords, which then bought
about a further decline in the use of agricultural land as the Land Lords began
removing the "tenants" from
off of their confiscated Estates.

1737 AD Lord Dorset's
term as the
British Vice -
Royal in Ireland was to
expire,
and the reverse was now happening in the Anglo Parliament in
Ireland as the
Anglo Ascendancy House of Commons
by now were the ones telling the
British
Lord Lieutenant what was really needed in Ireland,
against what had previously been the case for a long time, and
Chesterfield
was
then to be appointed
the British Ascendancy Whig Government's new
Lord Lieutenant in
Ireland
and was to take
Henry
Boyle
the Speaker of the Anglo
Ascendancy House
of Commons in Ireland head on, who regardless of
this was still growing
more powerful each year together with the Anglo
Ascendancy themselves. As the

Ireland
for
50 years producing and playing his music for all to hear. He had
also visited the

had composed 2

1740 AD The Catholic Irish Penal Laws of 1695 AD were now also reinforced, once again in Ireland, by another British Conservative Whig Government Ascendancy Act, which, "Restricted further Irish Catholic rights."
The Potato crops once again failed this year, creating further widespread Famine and disease, with whole villages depopulated and many hundreds of thousands of Irish people died because of this, and migration from Ireland was once again on the increase, but not so much for Irish Catholics who were not allowed to leave Ireland and go to America until after 1815 AD.
