1971 AD - 4
"Jack Lynch and Edward Heath."
1971 AD September:
In these 6 Counties
"artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province by the British Imperial Coalition Government in
1922
and still under the control of the Ascendancy "Official" Unionist
Government,
William Hull
had formed the
Loyalist
Association of Workers / L. A.W. and carried out rallies and speeches
under the Ulster Flag of the Red Hand demanding a
Military solution
in these 6 Counties in Ulster
Province
stating he was
British
to the core but would take on the
British Conservative Government if they tried to implement the
re
- unification of
Ireland.
The
Rev.
Ian Paisley
and Sir
William Craig the other two Unionist hard - line
leaders in these 6 Counties in
Ulster Province, once again, also joined forces for the continuation of the
Ascendancy cause there, and the Rev.
Ian Paisley also set up another organization of his own to be known as the
Civilian Defence Corps.
"
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province,
John Hume
the M.P. from
the
S.D.L.P
/ Social Democratic
Labour Party and
Ivan Cooper
the
non - Catholic M.P.
were "arrested" by
the British Imperial Military
Forces
and interned in
Derry in
Co. Derry, "For failing to move on command of Her Majesty's
Imperial Forces," under the
Special Powers Act that authorised
"detention and internment," the very thing that they had been protesting about, and
they were later released on bail, and subsequently "appealed" the charge and found a loophole in the
Government of Ireland Act 1920.
According to this
Act
when the
British Imperial Coalition
Government
"artificially
partitioned" the
6 Counties from the 9
Counties
in the Ulster Province they had included that,"
The Stormont Parliament was to have no power to make laws in respect of either
the British Imperial Army, the British Imperial Air Force
or the British
Imperial Navy, which menat that the British
Imperial Military
had acted
beyond
it's powers at the behest of the
Ascendancy
"Official" Unionist Stormont Government and the
"Internment"
was also " illegal." Edward Heath the
British Prime Minister
and the Conservative Government,
as
usual, hurriedly "changed the law" to suite and brought in
a
Northern Ireland Act of 1972 to
"legalise" all the
British Imperial Military
actions in these 6 Counties in
Ulster Province. Reginald Maudling
the British Conservatives' Home
Secretary said that they were now entering a "new phase,"
with
" Transfer of Responsibility,"
which meant the transfer of "powers" from
the Ascendancy "Official" Unionist Stormont Government at
Belfast
in Co. Antrim to
the British Westminster
Government, which would eventually bring
the Ascendancy "Official"
Unionist Stormont Government to a sudden "end," and the
British Imperial
Government
in
England taking over
"Direct Rule" in these particlar
6 Counties in Ulster
Province.
September 6th:
Jack Lynch
the
Prime Minister of the Irish
Republic met with
Edward Heath
the
British Conservative Prime Minister
at Chequers
to bring
about a "sensible" solution for all of the people in
Ireland and then had further
discussions with both
Edward Heath
and
Brian Faulkner the
Ascendancy
"Official" Unionist
Prime Minister in the
6
Counties
"artificially partitioned" from the 9 Counties in the
Ulster Province,
to
discuss the "Sunningdale Agreement,"
which was to become a "reality" in the future, but "nothing"
was to come of it at this
time.
September 26th:
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province,
David Bleakley
the
Labour Party
member
in the Stormont Parliament
"resigned," and stated that he could no longer serve in an
Ascendancy "Official"
Unionist Party Government
especially since the introduction of,
"Internment without Trial."
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province, the
British Imperial Military
Forces
strength was now up to
13,600 and they also raised
3
more
Defence Regiment Battalions
and began the "demolition" of the minor roads along the
"artificial
border" of these particular 6 Counties in
Ulster Province,
while Brian Faulkner
the
Ascendancy "Official" Unionist Stormont Prime
Minister now appointed a
Catholic, Dr.
Gerard Neve
to his
Cabinet
at
Stormont, who was
to be the "first"
Catholic ever in
the Stormont Government, but unfortunately he had no idea what was going on and the
Ascendancy "Official"
Unionists themselves
were by now completely out of "ideas." The
Ascendancy "Official" Unionist
R.U.C. police were
once again carrying "side arms" and also
Stirling "machine guns,"
while the
"secret groups" who were among the individual
Unionists were
also growing in strength
and Sir
William
Craig
the Unionist
hard - liner
also formed a
Unionist Steering
Committee in
Portadown,
with himself as the "chairman," to formulate policies to suite the
Unionists "agenda" in these
particular
6 Counties in Ulster
Province.
November:
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province, the interrogation carried out in the
"Internment Camps" on those
prisoners who had been taken under "Interment without Trial"
under the Ascendancy "Official"
Unionist Government in
Stormont was at an
"end" as General
Tuzo the
British Imperial Conservative Government's Military
commander had
previously acted on the list drawn up by the Ascendancy "Official" Unionists
and had by now begun to realise finally that he had taken mostly
"only political"
prisoners and that they were not the ones that he himself would have wanted to take
into custody, and he was now forced
to "admit" that the turmoil of disruption and "killings" because of this would "continue" to go on. The
Crompton Commission
found that "torture" had also been used on the prisoners they had
"Interned without Trial," and
Jack Lynch the
Prime
Minister of the
Irish Republic
took their case to the
"European Court of Human Rights," which found the
British Conservative Government
guilty of
Inhuman or degrading
treatment.
The "Anti
- Treaty P.I.R.A.
/ Provisional IRA / Provos " were by now
also much "stronger" due to these actions and under the leadership of
Sean Mac Stiofain / John Stevenson
they now "increased" their attacks, causing great
damage to property, and the
British Conservatives
were
also now having trouble getting any further "cannon fodder"
to send over to Ireland to use in these
particular
6 Counties in Ulster
Province as their
"recruitments" fell away.
December:
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province,
Brian Faulkner
the
"Official" Unionist Prime Minister
in desperation of coming up with a positive solution now granted limited recognition to the
Rev.
Ian Paisley's "Civilian Defence Force" and there were to be great
"disturbances and violence"
occurring from now on the population throughout these
particular
6 Counties in Ulster
Province, and
Edward Heath
the
British Conservative Prime Minister
himself made a "flying visit" to these 6
Counties in
Ulster Province to try and lift the spirits of the
British
Imperial Military Forces
still billotted on the population there.
December 29th:
In these 6 Counties
"artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province,
the "Anti - Treaty I.R.A."
had
previously declared
a "ceasefire" over the Christmas
period, but a British
Imperial
Military
soldier from the
British Light Air
Defence Regiment was "shot dead" in
Derry in Co. Derry on this day, and there were
further "riots" in the
Bogside area.
December 30th:
John Mac Cabe
the aged "Anti - Treaty
I.R.A." bomb expert
died in
Dublin,
while preparing bombs to
be used by the "Anti - Treaty I.R.A."
in these particular 6 Counties
"artificially partitioned" from the 9 Counties in the
Ulster Province,
after an explosion was caused by a spark from his shovel, and the
"Official Anti - Treaty I.R.A."
in these 6 Counties in
Ulster Province were to set fire to the
home of
Major
Ivan Neill who was the
Speaker in the
Stormont
Parliament in these
6 Counties in
Ulster Province.
December 31st:
In these 6 Counties "artificially partitioned" from the
9 Counties in the Ulster
Province, and still under the control of the
Ascendancy "Official" Unionist Stormont Government and the
British
Conservative Government.
