633 AD 98.Criffan / Crimthann mac Aedo the the Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Lughaidh Cu Corb Ui Mail 9th King of Leinster was killed along with many others in the Battle of Ath Goan at Iarthar Liphi by 99.Faelan mac Colmain from the Cu Corb Ui Dunlainge Sept, a son of 98.Colman Mor, and by 96.Conall Guthbinn the Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill Siol nAedo Slaine 11th King of Meath, (the son of 95.Sweeney / Suibhne the previous 8th King of Meath), and by Failge. 95.Failbe Flann the Heberian Eoghanacht Chaisil 11th King of Cashel / Munster had paid the ancient tribute for the Leinster Province to the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Niaill, as at that time it was still considered as being under Mogha’s Half / Leth Mogha. 98.Criffan mac Aedo had been a son of 97.Aed Dibchine the previous Cu Corb Ui Mail 6d King of Leinster who was descended from 90.Maine Mal the direct male line ancestor of the Ui Mail Sept who had been a brother to *90.Cahir / Cathair Mor the Gaelic Milesian 109th King of Tara / Ireland who had divided the territory in Leinster up originally between his own 10 sons.          The monks from the Irish Celtic Catholic Church had by now founded churches in Austria, Belgium, Britain, France, Germany, Holland, Italy and Spain, and Pope Honorius 1st decided to write to them expressing his view that because they had been able to spread Christianity all over the known world they should not consider that they were any wiser then the older Roman Catholic Church.

They were both killed this year at Loch Trethin near Freamhain by 96.Conall Guthbinn the "southern" Ui Niaill Clann Cholmain 11th King of Meath, the son of 95.Sweeney / Suibhne the previous 8th King of Meath, who was the son of 94.Colman Mor, a half - brother to *94.Aed Slaine. 96.Conall Guthbinn and Mael Umha (a son of Forannan) were to be then slain themselves in retaliation by 95.Diarmait another of the 5 sons of *94.Aed Slaine. It would be 95.Congal's son, 96.Conaing Cuirre, who was to become the 6th King of Brega, who would then continue on their male line to the Kingship through his own two sons, 97.Irgalach who would become the future 11th King of Brega and the father of *98.Kenneth / Cinaed the future Gaelic Milesian Siol nAedo Slaine 158th King of Tara / Ireland, and 97.Congalach the future 10th King of Brega before him, who was to become the ancestor of *101.Congalach Cnogba - of Knowth who would become the Gaelic Milesian Siol nAedo Slaine 33rd King of Brega and the 172nd King of Ireland who would be the last from the Siol nAedo Slaine Sept who was to die in 954 AD.

635 AD  94.St. Columbcille’s monks who were on Iona (The Isle of the Saints) crossed the Albion / English border and set up at Lindisfarne also where they were to teach writing there for the next 100 years. 

     St. Carthach / St. Mochuda / Mo Chutu who had previously founded a monastery at Rahan in Co. Offaly in the mid - west of Southern Leinster, in the territory of the Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill, was expelled from there, so he went south to the Deisi Muman Sept were he founded the celebrated monastery at Lismore on the River Blackwater in Co. Waterford in the south - east of the Munster Province on land donated by the Prince / Tanaiste of Waterford. From this Century on Lismore was to become a religious centre with a famous school for scholars from all over the British Isles.

    St. Mocheallog also founded a monastery in Co. Limerick in the mid - north - west of  Munster, and St. Feehin founded a monastery at Ballysadare in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province.

636 AD Mael Odhar Macha the Heremonian Dal Cuinn 3 Colla King of Orghialla / Airghialla (Oriel) in Southern Ulster, died this year.  

      St. Mailkedar, an associate of St. Brendan, built the Church of Kilmalkedar / Cille Maoil Cecair at Connell's Point / Rinn Conaill near the sea, to the west of Brandon Hill in Co. Kerry in the south - west of Munster Province, which can still be seen there today.

      97.Angus / Oengus from the Heberian Eoghanacht Ui Fidgeinti Sept, died this year, who was a son of 96.Nechtan, a son of 95.Brennain, a son of 94.Mac Arda, the son of 93.Conall the direct male line ancestor of the Ui Chonaill Gabhra Sept, a son of 92.Intat, the son of 91.Daire, one of the 2 sons of, 90.Brion the son of, 89.Fiachu Fidgennid the direct male line ancestor of the Heberian Eoghanacht Ui Fidgeinti Sept descended also from 85.Eoghan Mor. (98.Donncnnach his son would become a Ui Fidgeinti King).

     90.Eochy / Eochaidh the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Scottii King of Dal Riada had died, who was the son of 89.Aedan mac Gabhrain the previous King of Dal Riada who had died in 608 AD, and his son, 91.Donnell / Domhnall Breac - the Speckled became the new King of Dal Riada who still had their territory in the Scottish Highlands and the north - east of the Ulster Province. 89.Aedan's grandson was to push the frontier up the Great Glen nearly to Inverness, but was to be defeated and the Angles were to eventually cross the River Forth and the River Tay in the south.

637 AD 97.Congal Claen / Caech (half blind or squinty) the Gaelic Milesian Irian Dal nAraidi 11th King of Ulaid who had his territory in the north - east of the Ulster Province had initially been in with a chance of becoming the Irian King of Ireland, but his impairment had put him out of any hope of gaining overall sovereignty, as no blemish was allowed in regards to the Kingship, which was similar to the same fate that had removed *85.Cormac mac Airt the Gaelic Milesian 115th King of Tara / Ireland. (He also resented the Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill for their advancing occupation into his territory in the Ulster Province). Because of this he had joined in with 91.Donnell / Domhnall Brecc the new Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Scottii King of Dal Riada and they went up against *96.Donnell / Domhnall mac Aedo the Gaelic Milesian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill 146th King of Ireland who was allied with his kinsman, the "southern" Ui Niaill Siol nAedo Slaine sons of *94.Aedh Slaine. The battle occurred at Moira / Magh Rath, which was situated between Ballinderry and Dromore in Co. Down in the south - east of Ulster, and many of the Ulidians and foreigners were killed. For some reason 97.Congal Claen was to also kill his ally 91.Donnell Brecc and go on over to Scotland. Wild / Mad Sweeney / Suibhne Buile who was also in the battle with him was an Irian Dal nAraidi King who had his territory in the south of Co. Antrim and the north of Co. Down and he had been previously cursed by St. Ronan before the battle, which had really upset him. He had since gone into mental shock, brought on also by the horror of the battle, and he had then escaped into the woods to live, were he eventually was to be cared for by St. Moling of Ferns the Leinster saint. He had been a son of 96.Scandal Sciathlethan, the son of 95.Fiachnae Lurgan the previous 9th King of Ulaid descended from 90.Crond Ba Drui, *62.Rory Mor who had been the Gaelic Milesian 86th King of Tara / Ireland and therefore also originally 37.Ir (Irians,)

     95.Dunchad became the Heremonian Dal Fiatach 12th King of Ulaid, who was one of the 2 sons of 94.Fiachnae the previous 10th King of Ulaid, descended from 92.Cyril, one of the 2 sons of 91.Murray / Muireadach Muindearg the 1st King of Ulaid, one of the 2 sons of 90.Fogg mac Dallain.

638 AD From this date on no Abbots from the Munster Province were to rule at the Clonmacnoise monastery in Co. Offaly in the north - west of Southern Leinster.   

639 AD 95.Failbhe Fland - of the Blood Red Complexion the Heberian Eoghanacht Chaisil 11th King of Cashel / Munster, died, who was one of the 2 sons of 94.Aed Dub, a son of 93.Criffan / Crimthann, the son of 92.Felim / Fedelmid the previous 4a King of Cashel / Munster, a son of 91.Angus / Oengus mac Nad Froich the 3rd King of Cashel / Munster, a son of 90.Nad Froich, the son of 89.Conall Corc the 1st King of Cashel / Munster, 85.Eoghan Mor (Eoghanachta), 84.Oilioll Oluimm the 1st King of Munster.

       95.Cuan became the Heberian Eoghanacht Aine Ui Enda 12th King of Cashel / Munster, who was a son of 94.Awley / Amalgaid the previous 8b King of Cashel / Munster, one of the 2 sons of 93.Enda the direct male line ancestor of the Eoghanacht Ui Endae Sept, a son of 92.Criffan / Crimthann, a son of 91.Ailill, (a brother to 91.Angus / Oengus the 3rd King of Cashel / Munster) who were both sons of 90.Nad Froich the 2nd King of Cashel / Munster, one of the 7 sons of 89.Conall Corc the 1st King of Cashel / Munster descended from 85.Eoghan Mor and 84.Ailill Oluimm the 1st King of Munster.  

   *93.Donnell / Domhnall mac Aedo the Gaelic Milesian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill 146th King of Ireland, died at Ard Fothadh in Tir Aedo in the north of the Ulster Province who had been ill for a year, and he was the first to be honoured as such in the Annals of Ulster. His father had been *95.Aed mac Ainmerech the previous 140th King of Ireland descended from 91.Conall Gulban the 1st King of Ailech. One of his sons, 97.Angus / Oengus was to produce *98.Lynch / Loingsech the Gaelic Milesian future 154th King of Ireland who was to also be the father of *99.Flaherty / Flaithbertach who would be the Gaelic Milesian 159th King of Ireland. His other son, 97.Fergus Fanat, was to be the father of *98.Congal Cendmagair the future Gaelic Milesian 155th King of Ireland.  

        Ailill / Oilioll, the son of Colman, the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Cenel Laoghaire "southern" Ui Niaill King, died.  

       St. Flannan from the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Blod Ui Turlough Sept who was a disciple of 96.St. Molua / St. Lua the 1st Bishop of Killaloe, also became the Bishop of Killaloe / Cille Lua himself in Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province, were St. Lua / Molua had founded a church and monastery near the base of Loch Derg.  (St. Flannan's Oratory, which was to be constructed in the 11th Century AD with a high pitched stone roof is still there to be seen). Also nearby originally was the palace of his future kinsmen, *105.Brian Boru - of the Tributes who was to become the Gaelic Milesian King of Thomond / Northern Munster), the 41st King of Cashel / Munster and the 170th High King of Ireland also in the early 11th Century AD.

640 AD - 656 AD  *97.Kelly / Ceallach and *97.Conal Cael became the Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill joint 147th and 148th Kings of Ireland, respectively, who were both sons of *96.Mael Cobo the previous Gaelic Milesian Cenel Conaill 144th King of Ireland descended from 91.Conall Gulban one of the 8 sons of *90.Niall - of the Nine Hostages who had been the Gaelic Milesian 126th King of Tara / Ireland. (Ui Niaill.)   

     Over the next two hundred years the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Sept descended from 91.Eogan, one of the 8 sons of *90.Niall - of the Nine Hostages the previous Gaelic Milesian 126th King of Tara / Ireland were to advance their Cenel nEogain territory further in the north of the Ulster Province as since the Battle of Moin Dairi Lothair they had reached Magillian's Point in the north of Co. Derry from Inishowen / Inis Eogain, and they also continued to expand southwards, first pushing the Gaelic Milesian Irian Dal nAraidi Sept to the east of the River Bann, and then gaining control over Keenaught / Cianacht the territory of the Heberian Cianachta in mid - Derry. They also encroached on the kingdom of their Heremonian Dal Cuinn kinsmen the Colla Mac Uais Sept in Orghialla / Airghialla (Oriel) in Central Southern Ulster.

     *97.Donough / Donnchad became the new Heremonian Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King who had their territory in the north - west of the Ulster Province, who was the eldest son of *96.Donnell / Domhnall mac Aedo the previous 146th King of Ireland whose youngest son 97.Fiachra also became the Fer Rois King who was to oppress his people, which was to bring about his early demise. 

      Scannlan Mor, the Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Connla King of Ossory who had his territory in Co. Kilkenny in the south - west of Southern Leinster, died, who was the son of Kennelly / Cenn Faelad, and 100.Crundamal was to become the new Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Connla King of Ossory until 656 AD, who was a son of 99.Ronan Righfhlaith who had been a previous King of Ossory.

      Cuana the King of the Feara Maighe Fermoy Sept, a son of Ailcen, died this year.  

      John who was the Pope - elect wrote to Tommene Mac Ronain the Bishop of Armagh in the Ulster Province, to Columbanus the Bishop of Clonard in Meath / Midhe, and many of the other Celtic Catholic Bishops in regards to changing the Celtic Irish Easter to conform with the Roman date, but he had no luck.
