There are 5 Types - High Density / HDL and Low Density Cholesterol / Lipoproteins / LDL - are the two of most main concern. HDL can clear built up Cholesterol from the Arteries and assists to remove it from the Body. LDL / Low Density is correlated with Heart Disease and may also be responsible for the build up on the Artery Walls. (High Blood Cholesterol is over 5.5millimoles per litre.)
