OPEN KNEES - Horses: These are Knees that have not knitted properly as the Foal grows into a Yearling as a Foal's Knees are made up of several pieces that grow together to make one solid Bone until their 18 months old. fat Dairy products, Broccoli,
Kale, Legumes, Nuts, Seeds and Tofu. For
Calcium
to be absorbed to strengthen Bone it needs to
be consumed along with several other nutrients especially
Phosphorus, Magnesium, Boron, Vitamin A
and D. High
Protein diets such as Meat,
Cereal Grains and Starches
with a high ash residue leach Calcium
from Bone. Protein
intake should be 1gm per Kilogram of Body weight
or 2 - 3 ounces daily for the average Woman. Avoid
Coffee as it increases Urinary
Calcium excretion.
Smokers also usually
have an earlier Menopause then non
- smokers. Alcohol may also be involved
in reducing Bone mass.
Exercise regularly
to prevent Bone loss such as
swimming and walking to increase the size
of your Bones. Diet should contain foods with a high Alkaline

Pepper or use it as a stock for Bean Soups.

with some Vitamin D, Fluorine and Silicon. Cabbage:
