Cultivation: Easy to grow has a penetrating scent when it is brushed against or crushed in the fingers - Use the whole herb above the ground including Leaves and Flowers. Grow from Seed in Spring or by division in Spring and Autumn. A delicate plant that tolerates a wide variety of soils but prefers Sandy Loam in a Sunny position. Collect the whole Plant when in Flower and as a Perennial it is available whenever required. Decoction: 1 to 2 Teaspoons of the dried herb / Root per cup and bring to the Boil and simmer gently for 10 - 15 minutes. Drink 3 times a day. Tincture: 1 to 4ml x 3 times a day.
