3 of the 8 sons of *90.Niall - of the Nine Hostages the 126th King of Tara / Ireland were 91.Eogan the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel nEogain Septs, 91.Conall Gulban the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel Conaill Septs and 91.Enda the direct male line ancestor of the Ui Endae Septs who all became the direct male line ancestors of the Dal Cuinn "northern" Ui Niaill in the Ulster Province,

5 of the 8 sons of *90.Niall - of the Nine Hostages the Heremonian Dal Cuinn 126th High King of Tara / Ireland were to produce the Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill Septs basically in Midhe / Meath in Northern Leinster. Of these 5;

91.Cairbre / Coirpre was to become the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel Cairbre and his son, 89.Cormac Caech was to be the father of, *93.Toole / Tuathal Mael Garb the 132nd King of Tara / Ireland who was to be the only one descended from 88.Cairbre to achieve this position. One of his sons, 94.Tuatan, was to be the father of 95.Baodan, the father of 96.Failbhe, the father of 97.Faolchu / Finnchu, the father of 98.Dubhdinna who had 9 sons, one of which was 99.Fergus / Lergus, the father of 100.Cumascach, the father of 101.Cathal the direct male line ancestor of the Mac Cahills in the Ulster Province, and also of 101.Fergal, the father of 102.Donnghal / Donngalach the direct male line ancestor of the O Donnellys / Ui Donnghaile, and 102.Maolfionn / Maolfiona the direct male line ancestor of the O Mulleeny, O Mulvany, O Mulvenna, O Mulrena, O Mulreny, O Melvena, O Molina, O Melvin o Mac Ilvena, Mac Ilwaine, Mulfinny and Feeney. 

      *93.Toole Mael Garb was also the father of 94.Cormac the direct male line ancestor of the O Flanagans,

      *93.Toole Mael Garb was also the father of 94.Garbhan, the father of 95.Aod, the father of 96.Suibhneach, the father of 97.Maolduin, the father of 98.Fergus Caoch, the father of 99.Conall, the father of 100.Cathal, the father of 101.Conach, the father of 102.Rathamhuil, the father of 103.Dunach, the father of 104.Cathalan the direct male line ancestor of the Carlton, Cahalan, Carleton, Charleton, Gartlan, Garland or Gartland / Ui Cathalain, the father of 105.Dundeadhach, the father of 106.Eighnechan, the father of 107.Mulanach the direct male line ancestor of Mullaney / Ui Mulanaigh, the father of 108.Ciardach, the father of 109.Maol Fabhal, the father of 110.Maolruan Aidh, the father of 111.Uaillgarb O Cathalain.  

*91.Leary / Laoghaire was to be the first from the Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill to be the 128th King of Tara / Ireland who had promised his father that he would not become a Christian, and he was to be the King prior to St. Patrick arriving into Ireland for the second time, but he worked in with him, and 2 of their sisters were to be baptized by St. Patrick, and after he died he was to be buried upright facing his enemies. One of his 3 sons, *92.Lewy / Lughaidh was to become the 130th King of Tara / Ireland but he left no aristocratic warrior members of his Family to the Kingship.  Another of his sons was 92.Enda / Enna who became the father of 93.Dallan who was the father of 94.Libhor who was the father of 95.Faelan the father of 96.St. Canair. His other son was 95.Aed / Aodh the father of 96.Flannagan / Flainnachain the father of 97.Maolmith the father of 98.Muldoon / Maol Duin Dergenech the father of 99.Fearach the father of 100.Angus / Oengus the father of 101.Curidh the father of 102.Kenneth / Cinaed / Cionaodh the father of 103.Donnell / Domhnall the father of 104.Mulcron the father of 105.Condeilbhan  (con - hound or warrior) (deilbh - countenance) who became the direct male line ancestor of the O Connellan, O Quinlan and O Conlan Families.

91.Maine  became the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel Maine Sept of Tethbae in the south - west of Midhe / Meath in Northern Leinster had his territory surrounded by the River Inny and Loch Ree and left no Kings of Tara / Ireland,

91.Fiachu became the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel Fiachach Sept whose territory was separated by the River Brosna and was joined onto the Munster Province. He also did not produce any Kings of Tara / Ireland.)

91.Conaill Cremthainne became the direct male line ancestor of the Cenel Cremthainne, which later on became the most dominant in the end producing many of the Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill Kings of Tara / Ireland.

      Around 700 AD the Heremonian Dal Cuinn "southern" Ui Niaill territory was to also include the territory of the Cenel Fiachach at Tethbae, the previous territory of *88.Laoghaire, the territory of the Gailenga, the Luigne, the Cianachta, the Saithne, the Fir Tulach and two individual Septs of 88.Cairbre. The ancient kingdoms of Brega, Tara, Knowth, and Lagore were also part of it taking in Co. Meath, Co. Longford, the south of Co. Louth in Northern Leinster and what came to be Co. Cavan in Southern Ulster Province and the north of Co. Dublin, Co. Kildare and Co. Offaly also in Southern Leinster.
