June 22nd:
Proportional Representation
was bought in, in Eire, which was to create a
multiplicity of political Parties from now on leading

method, but votes could be transferred and this defeated the primary vote system
that had
created stronger individual Parties.

were
held and
Sean Mac Cool
the
Chief of Staff of the IRA
who
was locked away was standing as a
Republican candidate for the seat in
East
Co. Donegal, which was still in

against

insinuated that Invasion Plans
had been found during the raid on the
German agent,
Goertz / Brandy,
which
was not correct and had distressed
Goertz.
July 27th:
Eduard Hemple

Eire, who
the Irish Government considered were only on training flights, while the

Germany to
Ireland parachuted from a
German plane near
Kilfearnagh in
Co. Clare
also, who was supposed to
send metrological reports to their shipping but he also was arrested by the

protested to
Eduard Hemple
the
German Ambassador
about his
holding onto the radio transmitter and that he either handed it over or it would
