This had been a kin slaying / finghal when they killed him in the Battle of Dubh Chomar in Crioch Ros in Breagh / Brega in Co. The 3 Colla brothers and their followers were to be involved in 7 battles in one week in which Fergus Fogha, the son of Fraechar Foirtriun, was killed, who was to be the last Gaelic Milesian Irian King of Ulster, who resided at Eamhain Macha (Armagh), in their ancient Irian rath there, which they also burnt, thus ending its days as an aristocratic warrior fortress.
