Aphrodisiac due
to its warming taste. Cultivation: A perennial, bushy herb 6- - 100cm
high with a creeping root system and erect branching stems, bearing slender,

loose terminal clusters at the end of Summer with seeds rarely produced. Dies
back in Winter. Likes full Sun and protection from Winds in a light to medium,

Constituents: Contains Bitter Principle, Saponin, Essential Oil, Resin & Tannin.
Cultivation: Easy to grow, a small Aromatic perennial herb 5 - 30cm high with thin branches with pink / white or lavender - violet flowers at the tips of the branches and small grey - green Leaves to form an erect, bushy plant. Likes full Sun in a light to medium, well drained, moderately poor soil and the Leaves are used in Mediterranean cooking especially with Garlic, Onions & Tomatoes with the pungent Oil drawn out by the heat of Summer.
