            Descended from 90.Fiachra of the Flowing Hair the original second Gaelic Milesian King of Connacht the direct male line ancestor of the Ui Fiachrach Ui Muaide and Ui Fiachrach  Ui Aidni Septs (Family branches) in "Northern" and "Southern" Connacht Province, who was one of the 4 sons of *89.Eochy / Eochaidh "Mugmedon" the 124th King of Tara / Ireland and 98.Mongfind, a daughter of 88.Lare "Fidach" the Heberian Eoghanacht King of Munster, and a sister to *89.Criffan / Crimthann the Eoghanacht 125th King of Tara / Ireland. 90.Fiachra was descended from *83.Conn of the Hundred Battles the 110th King of Tara / Ireland the direct male line ancestor of the Dal Cuinn (The People of *83.Conn) who was a son of *82.Felim / Feidhlimidh the 108th King of Tara / Ireland (Ui Felim) descended from *60.Coffey / Cobhthach the 69th King of Tara / Erinn (Ui Cobhthaigh) descended from *37.Heremon the Celtic Gaelic Milesian joint 1st King of Tara / Erinn the direct ancestor of all the Heremonian Septs. *90.Fiachra's brothers were 90.Ailill (Ui Ailello) Septs, 90.Brion (Ui Briuin) Septs, half - brother - *90.Niall (Ui Niaill) Septs.

      The Calraige Septs originally had their territory in Co. Sligo, Co. Mayo and in the north of Co. Roscommon in the east of Connacht Province and where possibly the original rulers at Moylurg who were later to be absorbed by the aristocratic Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Ui Felim Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Ai Siol Muireadhaig Sept  there. 

 

    The Gaelic Milesian Irian Conmaicne Rein Septs descended from 37.Ir, a brother to *37.Heremon (Heremonians) had their territory in the south - east of Co. Leitrim at Carrick on Shannon centered on the Barony of Mohill and also included parts of the Barony of Leitrim and Carrigallen and nearby in a part of the north of Co. Longford in the north - west of Northern Leinster. They were absorbed along with other Septs during the 8th Century AD by the Ui Briuin Breifne O Rourkes and O Reillys in their kingdom of Breifne in Co. Leitrim in the north - west of Connacht and nearby in Co. Cavan in what is now the south of the Ulster Province.

 

    The Gailenga Sept and the Luigni Sept were originally two Tuath De Danann Tuaths who were closely linked in Connacht as they were in the Midlands / Midhe / Meath (Northern Leinster) region. In Co. Sligo they were to the south of the Ox Mountains to Loch Gara where they formed the last block between the Ui Fiachrach Septs and their kinsmen the Ui Briuin Septs who acted as an over kingdom dominating the smaller Tuaths (Family regions). These were fertile areas around the Moy / Muaidhe estuary, in parts of Co. Sligo, south between Galway Bay and the River Shannon, and also in the east of Co. Roscommon. They shared this region with the pre - Milesian Fir Bolg Sept of the Gregraige and were later connected also to the aristocratic warrior Cianachta (People of 85.Cian) descended from one of the 4 sons of 84.Ailill "Oluimm" the Heberian 1st King of Munster.

 

     The Gangani / Siol Gangain were Celts who had their territory in Co. Clare in what is now the north - west of the Munster Province, which was originally part of Southern Connacht, and also nearby in the south of Co. Galway in Southern Connacht who were descended from the Concani of Spain.

 

      The Nagnatae who were also Celts, who may have had territory nearby in the north - west in Co. Fermanagh in  the south - west of the Ulster Province, along with the Erdini, and they were also in Co. Mayo in the Connacht Province, except for in the extreme south, which was then occupied by the Auteri whose territory was in the north - west of Co. Galway. They were also in Co. Sligo with their main fortress at Sligo / Nagnata.
