 *BIOTIN: A Water Soluble Vitamin. Depression and Muscle Pain Killer. Used to cure Baldness in natural Hair products, as it may improve Dandruff, Dermatitis, Hair Loss and Seborrhoea. Essential for the Metabolism of Fats, Carbohydrates and Proteins, Metabolizes Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Protein and Vitamin B12, Eases Muscle pain, necessary for healthy Skin, aids in keeping Hair Colour. Stored in the Adrenal Glands, Brain, Kidneys and Liver and synthenisized by the Intestinal Bacteria  with some absorbed in the Intestines and most excreted in the Urine. *BIOFLAVONOID: Sometimes incorrectly called Vitamin P, compliments Vitamin C as Hesperidin and Rutin, as many Bioflavonoids assist to strengthen the Capillary Walls and Veins to treat unattractive surface Capillaries and other related Varicose Conditions. Inflamed and Painful Gums that Bleed easily can be improved with a Citrus - rich diet as the Flavanoids found in Lemon and Orange pith assist to strengthen the tiny Capillaries while others are Capsicums, Grapefruit, Limes and Rosehips.

*B9. FOLIC ACID: (FOLACIN): Pteroylglutamic Acid Folate. Water Soluble. Growth of all Body Cells. Essential for formation of Red Blood Cells, aids in Protein Metabolism, and a Co - Enzyme needed for formation of Nucleic Acid / RNA / DNA, Functions as a Co - Enzyme together with Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C to utilize and breakdown Proteins acting as a Carbon carrier to form Heme the Protein that contains Iron found in Hemoglobin for the foarmation of Red Blood Cells and the formation of Nucleic Acid essential for Growth and Reproduction of all Body Cells and Healing. Important for Brain Extracellular Fluids. Absorbed in the Gastro - Intestinal Tract for transport and diffusion and then stored primarily in the LIver.

N.B: Excessive intake of Folic Acid can create a Vitamin B12 Deficiency.

*B12: (CABALAMIN / Cyanocobalamin): A Water Soluble Vitamin for Mental Energy. Prevents Perriclouse Anemia, it regenerates Red Blood Cells, Contains Cobalt for Longevity and is the only Vitamin that contains essential Mineral elements, Aids Folic Acid in the synthesis of Choline, Utilizes Fats, Carbohydrates and Proteins, Increases Energy, Promotes Growth and Appetite, Assists Iron function.

                                             VITAMIN C: (ASCORBIC ACID / CALCUIUM ASCORBATE / SODIUM ASCORBATE.) Stenghthens Connective Tissues.

Vitamin C: A WATER soluble Anti - Scorbutic Vitamin essential for varied Metabolic Functions including the synthesesis of Collagen required for Healthy Bones, Skin, Tendons and  other supportive Tissues and to heal Wounds. Reaches a maximum in the Blood within 2 to 3 hours after being ingested, and then decreases as it is eliminated through the Urine and Persperation.

Vitamin C:  30 milligrams are stored in the Adrenal Glands, 200 Milligrams in the Extra - Cellular Fluids, with the rest distributed in various concentrations throughout the Cells of the Body.

 N.B: It is destroyed by overcooking and freezing, when cut Fruits and Vegetables are exposed to air, and requires Bioflavonoid to be utilized by the Body also Drinking excessive water also depletes it and cooking in copper utensils destroys its content in the food.

  Vitamin D is a FAT Soluble Vitamin that can be acquired by Ingestion along with the Fats through the Intestine Walls aided by the Bile / or by exposure to the Sun's Ultra - Violet Rays that activates a form of Dehydro - Cholesterol present in the Skin where it is formed and absorbed into the Circulatory System. The more Pigmentation there is in the Skin the less amount of Vitamin D is produced in the Body by Irradiation. After absorption by eiither means Vitamin D is transported to the Liver for storage with other deposits in the Bones, Brain, Skin and Spleen. Large reserves of Vitamin D can be stored in the Body.

N.B: Large doses of Vitamin D can cause Abnormal Deposits of Calcium in the Muscles and Circulatory System and damage to the Kidneys.

N.B: Vitamin E in large doses may raise Blood Pressure if you are not accustomed to it, although excessive amounts are excreted in the Urine and should disperse within 3 days.  Inorganic Iron and Vitamin E administered together diminishes the absorption of both. Best to take Vitamin E before meals or at bedtime as one dose, and Iron 8 - 12 hours later as one dose after this, to absorb properly.  Chlorine in drinking water, Ferric Acid Chloride, Rancid Oil or Fat and Inorganic Iron Compounds  destroy Vitamin E in the Body while MIneral Oil used as a laxative dissolves it but depletes it. Vegetable Oils dissolve Alpha Tocopherol and release it in the Body. Poor absorption can impair Red Blood Cells. 

N.B:Large amounts of Polyunsaturated Fats or OIls increase Oxidation of Vitamin E.
