Cardamon: is an Aphrodisiac that contains at least two Androgenic compounds including Cineole a Central Nervous System Stimulant. Cinnamon: the scent in Buns increase Blood Flow along with the scent of Pumpkin and Nutmeg in a Pumpkin Pie. Country Mallow: an erection enhancing Aphrodisiac containing the compound Ephedrine the same as Chinese Ephedra. See Ephedra for proper Tea use. N.B: Has side effects of Anxiety, Insomnia, Restlessness and maybe aggravated High Blood Pressure. Damiana: Essential Oils: used to give a whole Body Massage by combining a few drops of each such as Clary Sage, Jasmine & Rose mixed in a Vegetable Oil base. N.B: Do not Ingest as even a small amount can be Toxic and keep away from Children. Fava Bean: Aphrodisiac and the best source of the compound L - dopa and a single serving of 8 - 16 ounces should assist. Ginger: close relative to Cardamon, and increases Sperm motility and quantity. Ginkgo: improves Blood Flow to the Brain and also seems to boost Blood Flow to the Penis. 60 - 240gm a day of a Gingko 50:1 Extract. May take up to 6 months to work. N.B: Do not go any higher with the dose as Ginkgo in higher doses may cause Diarrhoea, Irritability and Restlessness. Ginseng - American - Asian and Formula: Ginseng - 100mg twice a day or 200mg of the dried herb 3 times a day, Zinc, Vitamin E and Seaweed Meal.

Balance activity and relaxation. Exercise as much as possible. Use Potato Poultices for External Infections. Herbs: Chives: as they assist to prevent. Fevers: Winter Blend. Glands - Swollen: Calendula and Cleavers. Infectious Diseases: Cayenne, Comforting Teas, Echinacea, Garlic, Stinging Nettle, Sage, Tonic Teas and Wormwood. Restlessness: Chamomile. Others are Fenugreek Leaves and Shepherd's Purse, others but not as strong in Choline are Ginseng, Horehound, Cowpeas, English Peas, Mung Beans, Sponge Gourd, Lentils and Chines Angelica.  Cauliflower: and other Vitamin B6 Foods are used for Infertility, Bananas, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Garden Cress, Kale, Kohlrabi, Okra, Onions, Peas, Radishes, Spinach, Squash and Watercress. Ginger: increase Sperm count and motility by using Ginger Tea, Ginger Ale, Ginger Bread and add to food and Salads. Ginseng: combine with Saw Palmetto and Schizandra. Guava: and other foods containing Vitamin C for treating Male Infertility due to Sperm abnormalities or clumping. Other foods include Bitter Melon, Bell Peppers, Emblic, Red Peppers, Rosehips and Watercress. Sunflower: and other herbs containing Arginine - an Amino Acid for Men with low Sperm counts. 4gm a day or 2 ounces of Sunflower Seeds the highest source at 8.2 on a dry weight basis. Others Carob, Butternuts, White Lupines, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Watercress, Fenugreek, Mustard, Almonds, Velvet Beans, Brazil Nuts, Chives, Broad Beans and Lentils. Oat: a male Sexual energiser and may boost Male Fertility, included as Oatmeal or Extracts. Raspberry Leaf Tea: for Pregnant Women to calm Uterine irritability but can be ingested to increase Fertility.

INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE: Symptoms: Chronic possibly  Diarrhoea - Bloody, Abdominal - Cramps, Fatigue, Weight - Loss and sometimes Fever. Colitis occurs in the Colon while Inflammation of Crohn's Disease can occur anywhere in the Intestinal Tract. Victims become Anxious and Depressed over it, which only intensifies the Symptoms. Meditation, Biofeedback or Yoga, or moderate Exercise to involve Stress management such as gardening. Food sensitivities contribute to Intestinal Conditions. Inability to digest Milk and Dairy products - Lactose Intolerance is widespread. Avoid all Dairy products for several weeks to see if it helps. Intolerance to Gluten the Protein in Wheat that makes Bread spongy. Most Grains except Rice & Teff contain Gluten. Essential Oils: are used to Massage with a few drops diluted in a few tablespoons of Vegetable Oil including Bergamot, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Garlic, Geranium, Hyssop, Lavender, Lemon Grass, Rosemary, Thyme & Ylang - Ylang. N.B: Only use Essential Oils for External use as ingested they can be Toxic. Intestinal Muscle - Spasms: Chamomile, Peppermint and Wild Yam. Inflammatory B.D: Mix 2 parts Bayberry and 1 part each of Chamomile, Mugwort, Peppermint, Valerian and Wild Yam. Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease: Fenugreek, Gentian, Ginger, Golden Seal, Liquorice Root, Myrrh and Papaya Leaf. Juices and Blending: (1) as a Green Drink - 2 Apples, 2 Kale Leaves, a handful of Spinach and some Parsley & Wheat Grass. (2) as a Cleanser - 1 Apple, 1/2 Beetroot with tops, 4 Carrots, 2 Celery Stalks and 1/2 cup of Parsley or Wheat Grass. (3) For Enzymes - 1 Banana, 1/2 Mango, 2 Oranges - Could be left out as some Citrus Fruits could upset), 1/2 Papaya and 1/4 of a fresh Pineapple. Onion: contains Quercetin the top compound with Anti - IBD effects can be found in the skins. Put the whole Onion, skin and all into Soups and Stews while cooking and remove the outer layer before serving. For immediate results 400gm of Quercetin can be taken 20 minutes before each meal purchased from a health store. Psyllium Husks: the Mucilage in the Seeds absorb water in the Intestine and swell to many times their original size adding Bulk to the stool and stimulates Muscle contractions when Nature calls. It is used also to treat Diarrhoea a common symptom of IBD as it also has a soothing effect on the Digestive Tract to assist with Cramping but ensure to drink plenty of water or fluids. N.B: If you have any Allergic reaction to it at all stop taking. Tea: Astringent containing Tannin to relieve Gastro Intestinal distress and besides plain beverage Tea several herbs are rich in Tannin including Bayberry, Bugle Weed, Bilberry, Black Walnut, Carob, English Walnut & Raspberry. Valerian: relieves Spasms in smooth Muscles such as in the Intestine and also relieves Stress.

 

INA: Symptoms: Not related to the Common Cold as it is a Virus Disease with sudden Fever and Pains and can even cause severe Nose Bleeds and Physical Exhaustion. Cleanse the Bowel (Fig Sausage) Increase Sweating especially with warming baths and add Cayenne, Ginger or Mustard. Apply wet sheet treatment at the start of the Fever or apply wet clothes to the Head sprinkled with Lavender Water or Mint. Use Cold Compresses especially to the Calves. Sponge the Body down night and morning with this water. Drink Herbal Teas or Fruit & Vegetable Juices, especially Carrot Juice. Place a Cabbage Leaf Poultice on the Liver region overnight. Head - Flu: Place a Cabbage Poultice on the nape of the Neck. Cover the patient and have the room pleasantly cool rather then overheated. No Protein or Fats while the Fever is present. Liquid diet for two days especially Blackcurrant, Beetroot & Grapefruit Juices. No solid food until Temperature is back to normal. Warmth and rest in bed until Temperature has subsided in a quiet atmosphere. Use subdued lighting and be on hand as much as possible. Use plenty of Fresh Lemon drinks. Cleanse the System until all Toxins are gone. After recovery drink Diuretic drinks such as Grapefruit Juice & Winter Blend.  Herbs: Catmint - Catnip: Cayenne, Cinnamon, Comforting Blend, Dandelion, Echinacea, Garlic, Ginger, Horseradish, Myrrh, Nasturtium, Pleurisy Root, Tonic Blend & Thyme,  Hot & Cold Flu Drink.
