                                                                                                                                                                  Eoghanachta of Munster - 04.

Prior to the battle occurring between 84.Ailill Oluimm the 1st King of Munster and his step - son, 58.Lewy mac con, 84.Art - the Lonely the Gaelic Milesian Heremonian Dal Cuinn 112th King of Tara / Ireland was to stay over with the Druid, Ole Aiche who informed him that he would be killed in the coming battle and he had his daughter, Etain spend the night with 84.Art and when he departed in the morning 84.Art - the Lonely fearing the worst, left his sword, his gold ring and his Oenach / Assembly apparel with Etain to be given to his son if one should be conceived, and this eventually came about later on when she produced a son who would grow up to become *85.Cormac mac Airt - the Magnificent the first Christian King of Ireland who would continue the aristocratic warrior male line of Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Kings of Tara / Ireland.

85.Eoghan Mor the oldest son of 84.Ailill Oluimm the Gaelic Milesian Heberian 1st King of Munster, who was a nephew of *84.Art - the Lonely, was also to have a liaison, the night before the battle occurred with 85.Lewy mac con, with Moncha, the daughter of Treth moccu Creccai another Druid, and she too was to give birth to a son who would be known as 86.Fiacha / Feach Muillethan / Maol Leathan - of the Flat Head who would eventually become the 1st King of Southern Munster and the direct male line ancestor of the Gaelic Milesian Heberian Eoghanacht Kings of Munster and also of *88.Criffan / Crimthann who was to be the future Heberian 125th King of Tara / Ireland.

195 AD. 84.Ailill Oluimm the Heberian 1st King of Munster was to lose 7 of his sons in the battle against his step - son and their older half - brother, 58.Lewy mac con at Magh Mucruimhe in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht, including 85.Eoghan Mor, 85.Dubhmerchon, 85.Mughcorb, 85.Lewy / Lughaidh, 85.Eochy / Eochaidh, 85.Diochorb and 85.Teague / Tadhg, while his second oldest son 85.Cormac Cass - of the Curly Hair was to eventually become the 2nd King of Munster and the 1st King of Northern Munster and the direct aristocratic warrior male line ancestor of the Dal gCais / Dalcassian Septs in Northern Munster / Thomond. After reigning previously for 30 years 84.Art - the Lonely the Gaelic Milesian Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn 112th King of Tara / Ireland was to be also killed in the battle against his nephew, 58.Lewy mac con, the son of his sister, 84.Sadbh as 58.Lewy mac Con had returned to Ireland with a large army of mercenaries commanded by Benne Brit, the son of the King of Briton. They had landed in Galway Bay in the Connacht Province where they were joined by 58.Lewy mac con's Fir Bolg allies and they ravaged the west of Connacht and *84.Art - the Lonely as the 112th King of Tara / Ireland had marched there with his warriors to the south - west where they had been joined by the sons of 84.Ailill Oluimm, and the Septs of Munster while the devastating conflict between them occurred on the Plain, between Athenry and Galway in the west of Connacht. Despite his demise *.Art - the Lonely was to also leave behind his unborn son to be known as *85.Cormac mac Airt, who would grow up to bring great credit to the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Septs and to the kingdom of Tara in Northern Leinster.

58.Lewy mac con then supreme in Ireland without opposition assumed the overall Kingship of Ireland instead, becoming the Gaelic Ithian 113th King of Tara / Ireland and left 84.Ailill Oluimm in as the Heberian King of Munster ensuring the continuation of the Gaelic Milesian Heberian aristocratic warrior male line there, while the existence of the young *85.Cormac mac Airt was kept a secret from him, who was then to remain concealed among his mother’s friends in the Connacht Province, and as *58.Lewy mac con had usurped the overall Kingship of Tara / Ireland and was to embark on a system of severe rule for the next 30 years this was to make *85.Cormac’ mac Airt's return later on, when he was to reach maturity, to the Kingship of Tara / Ireland very popular among the various Septs in Ireland.

225 AD. *85.Cormac mac Airt was to go to Tara to try and gain his rightful place where he was still unknown and he made his appearance while *58.Lewy mac con was judging a case in his own wife’s favour and *85.Cormac mac Airt then took it upon himself to speak out against the unfair decision he was to make and although *58.Lewy mac con tried to apprehend him he was able to escape, but *85.Cormac mac Airt had finally revealed himself in public and the people were to eventually revolt against the rule of *58.Lewy mac con who was then to be driven out of Tara and return to Southern Munster.

226 AD. Fergus / Fearghus Duibheadach, the son of Imchad, became the Gaelic Milesian Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Fiatach 114th King of Tara / Ireland, who was also descended from *37.Eremon, but only for a year, for he was to be killed by Lewy / Lughaidh Lagha in the Battle of Crinna in Co. Meath in the south - east of Northern Leinster after he had come under attack from *85.Cormac mac Airt, and his ally and maternal kinsman, 86.Teague / Tadhg mac Cian, the son of 85.Cian / Keen, the younger surviving brother of 85.Eoghan Mor and 85.Cormac Cass, as 85.Cian's Septs the Cianachta were by then under the leadership of his son, 86.Teague. Because of his support for *82.Cormac mac Airt the Cianachta Sept was to then gain their initial territory known as Magh Breagh situated in the east above Dublin from the River Liffey to the north to Drumskin in Co. Louth in the north - east of Northern Leinster.

227 AD. *85.Cormac mac Airt was inaugurated as the Gaelic Milesian Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn 115th King of Tara / Ireland and would rule for 40 years and bring the kingdom of Tara to its greatest glory.

During the 3rd Century AD the Gaels were to carry out raids on Albion / Briton and set up further colonies in Cornwall, Devon, Hampshire, the Isle of Man, the Orkney Islands, the Shetland Islands, Wales and the south of the Munster Province, were they left evidence of their previous presence in the shape of Ogham Stones.
