Tipperary in the north - east of Munster in the Baronies of Iffa and Offa. (At this time the Heremonian Deisi were also suffering severe Viking attacks in the Co. Waterford region. The Eoghanachta were by now really desperate as they had now had to reach back another 11 generations to come up with their new Heberian Eoghanacht King.

            The Vikings established a definite colony on an island that is now Limerick City in Co. Limerick in the mid - north - west of the Munster Province with their fleet now also dominating the Lower Shannon River region.

 

930 AD. 104.Kennedy who was a son of 103.Lorcan the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Bloid Ui Turlough Prince of Thomond / Northern Munster based on Co.              Rebachan mac Mothla the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Chernaig King from the In Deis Tuaiscirt, in the kingdom of Thomond / North Munster who was also the Abbot of Tomgraney / Tuam Greine, from the Heberian Dal gCais Clann Oengussa, died and he was to be followed by another of their Heberian Dal gCais Septs who were to become the new line of Gaelic Milesian Dal gCais Kings following on from the reign of his successor, 103.Lorcan mac Lachtna who would be the grandfather of the great Munster High King of Ireland, 105.Brian Boru - of the Tributes. The previous 3 Kings had been from the Ui Echthighern Sept who like the Ui Chernaig were both Septs of the Clann Oengussa. 104.Kennedy became the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Bloid Ui Turlough King of Thomond / North Munster and was the first of his Heberian Ui Turlough Sept to do so, and this would lead onto great changes and a new resilience in the Munster Province.

 

 

937 AD. Constantine 11 mac Aeda the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Ui Conaire King of Scotland married his daughter to Olaf 111 Guthfrithson who was now the Viking King of Dublin who was then his ally and with a combined force including Britons from Strathclyde and Vikings he invaded England as each of the Viking Kings who had been set up in Dublin on the north - east of Southern Leinster had tried to make a move on to York in Albion / Briton, but the combined force this time was also defeated at the Battle of Brunanburh by Athelstan - the Glorious the very pious Anglo - Saxon King of England (925 AD - 939 AD).
