N.B: Do not use Minced Garlic available in jars from the Supermarket. Main Use: Anti - Microbial for daily use and the Bulbs or Leaves can be used and also available in Oil filled Capsules & Tablet form.
Dosage: Orally up to 12 raw chopped Cloves taken 2 - 3 times a day in Juice or try blending with Carrots, with Onions having a similar but a less potent effect.

Cultivation: Product: Bulbs. A Perennial herb 30cm high with Flower stalks 60 - 100cm from the Onion Family with flat, strap - like, grey tinged Leaves from the centre from which arises the flowering stalk bearing a compact ball of mauve - white flowers and is similar to a Shallot. The mature Bulb consists of a tight cluster of Cloves enclosed in a paper - like skin. Easy to grow in light to medium soil, well drained and rich and likes full Sun, kept damp and well fed grows prolifically. Break the Bulbs into individual Cloves and plant the base downward, 25 - 50cm deep 15cm apart in early Spring or early Autumn and harvest the Bulb in Autumn as the leaves turn yellow and whither and the Flowers are fading and store in a cold dry place. Shake free of dirt and keep in a dry, airy place and when dry, remove the tops and roots and store in an airy container such as a string bag or open weave basket. Use raw in Salads & Salad Dressings, and in cooking, as well as Supplement form. Eat a Clove 3 times a day or take Garlic Oil Capsules 3 times a day before meals. When crushed it breaks down, so eat fresh if possible as fresh is best and try and grow fresh Organic Garlic. Deodorised Capsules or Tablets are the most efficacious due to being more concentrated. Garlic Honey: Used instead of Garlic Capsules by crushing all of the Cloves of 1 x Corm of Garlic and place in a sterilised jar and cover with pure Honey and stir well. Add more Honey until 1cm above the Garlic mixture and stir again and leave for 6 weeks to candy and the Garlic taste and smell will be gone. Honey is a natural preservative and it will keep indefinitely. Take it by the teaspoon with 1 x teaspoon = 2 Garlic Capsules. Garlic Spinach: 200gm of Spinach Leaves per person, wash the leaves and shake dry and put in an empty saucepan and place over a low heat and allow the Leaves to cook in their own steam. When cooked drain the Leaves and squeeze off any excess fluid. While it was cooking heat either Butter or Olive Oil over a low heat. 3 to 4 huge Cloves of Garlic per person and more if small (crush) and allow to soften gently in the Butter or Oil. (Do not overheat.) When all are cooked, add the Garlic mixture to the Spinach and serve. Goes well with Scrambled Eggs or an Omelette or with any Meat or Poultry dish. Serve with a Parsley Salad and finish with a Peppermint Tea. Garlic Soup: (1) Mince 6 large Cloves of Garlic and cook gently in 2 x Tablespoons of Butter and do not let it Brown. Sprinkle in a Tablespoon of Wholemeal Flour and mix thoroughly and slowly blend in a litre of Stock and bring to the boil. Add 2 Bay Leaves, a pinch of Mace Powder and season with freshly ground Black Pepper & Salt and simmer for 15 minutes and serve and decorate with fresh Coriander Leaves. (2) 1-2 Bulbs coarsely chopped, 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil, 4 cups of Chicken broth, 2 - 4 Egg yolks, beaten and 1/2 cup of dry red Wine and sauté the chopped Garlic in the Olive Oil until translucent and tender. Add the Chicken broth and bring to a slow boil and reduce the heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes until the Garlic is mush - like and put through a strainer into a small pot. Add the beaten Egg yolks slowly, and keep stirring and return to the heat until thickened, add the Wine slowly and this will serve 4 - 6 people. Salve: Mix Garlic Powder with Wheat Germ Oil and use Sorbelene or Vaseline as a base.
